In the LEED

Stellar embraces the principles of the internationally recognized LEED green-building certification system. LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is designed and administered by the U.S. Green Building Council to certify and rate new facilities on conservation, energy reduction and sustainability. We have the capability to build to any LEED category, from Certified to Platinum. In fact, our own Stellar Commercial headquarters was certified LEED Silver. In addition, we currently have more than 20 LEED Accredited Professionals on our staff, with many more preparing to take the exam.
