Fabrication and Installation Services

Unlike others in our industry, Stellar owns and operates two fabrication facility's, conveniently located in Jacksonville, Florida and Modesto, California.

This is a significant advantage for our clients, who benefit from reduced overall costs; improved speed in scheduling; and enhanced quality control of assembled products, equipment and systems. Our advanced capabilities allow us to fabricate entire systems, including modular systems, partial structures, piping and skids for later shipping, depending on the best solution for the project.

Not only is every system fabricated and installed by Stellar personnel, we also can field-install and commission the equipment. We provide systems to the food processing, distribution, beverage, energy/utility, pharmaceutical and petro chemical industries worldwide. Features of our fabrication facilities include:

• 36' clear ceiling height, four grade-level bay doors and dock-high doors
• Nine overhead bridge cranes, including 30-ton, 20-ton, 15-ton, (2) 10-ton, 7-ton and (3) 5-ton
• Multiple workstations for metalworking: drill presses, breaks, saws, jigs, etc.
• 26 welding stations with welding machines, including automatic positioner type
• Certified welding procedures: GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, resistance welding and specialty welding
• Quality control and assurance inspectors for piping, welding, painting, structural, mechanical and electrical
• Certified welding inspectors on staff licensed per AWS/QC1-9
• Sand-blasting booth and painting booth
