• Establishment of a collaborative team environment between the CM, owner, design team, and construction team
• Establish and evaluate the project budget and schedule in addition to providing real time information to the owner
• Oversee design and construction process from conceptual through GMP and then through construction, commissioning, and closeout
• Provide current budget and progress information as the work proceeds
• Ensure compliance with client expectations
